You might feel surprised to hear that the majority of my clients feel really nervous to get their photos taken - they don't know how to be in front of a camera,  and they don't want all the attention on them.  


And that's where I come in. I know the remedy to that anxiety of being photographed - it's connection.  I truly enjoy anchoring an environment that is relaxed, present and carefree. When you're having so much fun that you forget that you're being photographed - that's when magic comes to life in a photo.


My pictures are authentic and intimate, keeping colors true to how you saw them, and capturing your feelings as honestly as you felt them.

THE ENTIRE PROCESS

STEP 1 - DATE & LOCATION

We set up a time for me to hear your vision for your day. If you're local, we can grab a coffee, if you're not, we can do a phone call or a FaceTime. We will discuss which date and location work best for you. If you don't know when or where you want to get married yet, I can share my knowledge based on my years of experience and expertise. Since I live and recreate here in SW Colorado, I am always adding new locations to my list!


STEP 2 - LOGISTICS

I'll assist you in planning the logistics. I have an in depth location guide custom for SW Colorado elopements, a vendor guide (all LGBTQ+ friendly and vetted personally by me) and a day of planning guide that can help you get the most out of your photos. I can share an extensive list of activities that you and your partner can choose from as you dream up your day. We will schedule phone calls for us to go over the guides and to make sure we are all on the same page.


STEP 3 - PERMITTING

I'll make sure we have all the proper permitting for your chosen location. Usually, for elopements with fewer than 75 guests, there are no necessary permits in the national forest here, but we always need to check in beforehand, and I'm happy to do this for you.


STEP 4 - TIMELINE

We will collaborate on a timeline that will help you get the most out of your photos. We will discuss considerations such as weather, lighting, and seclusion to make sure you get to make informed decisions (because all of these can really affect your photos and our time together). By the time your elopement day arrives, you won't need to stress about anything - we will have covered all the bases.


STEP 5 - YOU GET TO MARRY YOUR BEST FRIEND

This is the best part - where we all get to show up and have fun. I specialize in creating an environment that is relaxed, present and carefree. I do this so that I can get the most authentic and candid photos of the two of you. I want your day to be about connecting with your person, your only job on your elopement day. I'll take care of the rest.


STEP 6 - YOU GET YOUR EPIC PHOTOS

Within 48 hours, I'll send you two high res edited photos from your day so that you can instantly share them with friends and family. Then, I'll go to work on your full gallery and it will be delivered within six weeks. You get to keep your gallery for the rest of your life (no subscription fees)! And, you get unlimited downloading and printing rights, with no hidden fees.
