Rachel and David knew they wanted to do something epic to celebrate their wedding day.
And since they live in Florida and had never been to Durango, we spent many late nights talking on the phone, creating the perfect adventure for them. We talked about hiking, skiing, flying, and even going somewhere else to raft. But we ultimately landed on a helicopter ride with Colorado Highland Helicopters. We decided to do the first look just above the town of Durango at Fort Lewis College.

Next, we headed to the courthouse to get the marriage license.

Then it was time for the main event, we grabbed some lunch and headed to the helicopter hangers. We snagged a few pictures of them in their wedding get ups before hopping on the chopper.

We all had such a good time seeing Durango, Colorado from above. We enjoyed being grounded and getting some fresh air before we headed up to Molas Pass for them to share their wedding vows. We had the perfect mountain sunset.

We warmed up in the car and headed back to Durango. Instead of wedding cake, these two wanted Cream Bean Berry and I couldn't have been happier about their decision. It was the perfect way to end the night!
